A decree precising the now codified laws 91-32 of January 10 1991, then
2002-1487 of December 20 2002 (art. L. 3511-7 Code Sant=E9 Publique) as
been published this morning which will ban (cf. art. R. 3511-1 CSP)
smoking in public places (except in the specific & closed "fumoirs" of
art. R. 3511-3 CSP) from February 1st 2007,
and in pubs, casinos, clubs (discoth=E8ques), hotels and restaurants
only from January 1st 2008 (cf. art. 5) :
