Well, as Mike rightfully explained by "places" I meant in fact
"buildings" (not "domaniales"/public forests, or the place de la
Concorde, for ex... :+) ) to which are specially added by art. R.
3511-1 CSP :
- school and colleges courtyards
- and public transports ;
but not in outdoor places of work or smoking rooms (fumoirs) specially
created inside buildings or even... schools.
The ban begins in the concerned places February 1st 2007,
BUT with a delay and only January 1st 2008,
in tobaconists, pubs (caf=E9s), casinos and other games places (cercles
de jeu), clubs (discoth=E8ques), hotels and restaurants.
