SORRY, I falsely interpreted a newspaper article talking of the ACTUAL
smoking rooms in schools (1) :
NO MORE "fumoirs" possible in sports equipments for minors...only, all
schools or hospitals from february 2007, according to the 2nd alinea of
art. R. 3511-3 CSP (teatchers will have to get OUT of the school to
smoke...!!! :+) ) :
"Ces emplacements (smoking rooms) ne peuvent =EAtre am=E9nag=E9s au sein
des =E9tablissements d'enseignement publics et priv=E9s, des centres de
formation des apprentis, des =E9tablissements destin=E9s =E0 ou
r=E9guli=E8rement utilis=E9s pour l'accueil, la formation, l'h=E9bergement
ou la pratique sportive des mineurs et des =E9tablissements de sant=E9."
(1) this article said nevertheless that since the sharp rising of
cigarette price in 2003 the number of smoking school childrens
dramatically felt by half from 34 % to only... 14 % today. So such
measure works !!! Hope it will fell to 7 % in 2008...
PS : I don't smoke.
THE END...
