You can take a bus from Paris to Calais, then take a ferry from Calais
to Dover, then take a bus from Dover to London. There are also train
connections from Paris to Calais and Dover to London.
There are other cross-Channel ferry routes (e.g. Caen-Portsmouth), but
they are not as direct from Paris to London as the Calais-Dover route
(but may be worth considering if you want to explore some of Northern
France on your way).
There are also buses from Paris to London which actually go on the
Calais-Dover ferry (it's a huge car ferry).
