I had an interesting conversation with a man tonight about Tripoli. He
goes there regularly on business, and said he found it amazingly
'free'. He said you saw women in short skirts, and the veil was only
worn for practical reasons (apparently sand storms and strong winds
are common).
It's been added to my list.
