Few of the local killers wear uniforms. Are they classified as
civilians?

I don't know who or what to believe. but I can see that it isn't British
suicide bombers killing hundreds every day at random.

I turned on Agent 4.2 plonk posts cross posted to more than two
newsgroups. and re sampled a few hundred posts. As a result Donna and
many others have disappeared, probably forever.
