There are a lot of Poles in the Aldi here. And Tesco, etc. :)

TKMaxx (discounted 'designer' wear) seems to be particularly popular
with eastern europeans living here, which maybe isn't such a surprise. I
found those clothes surprisingly expensive in Poland, especially when
you consider average wages there etc.

Other things which are good buys at Aldi here- parma ham, reggiano and
'fresh' mozzarella. Oh, and soya milk with no added sugar...
