Sevilla is one of the major towns of Andalicia with a characterful
tapas district in triana and lots else, Gibralter is a dull British
enclave on a rock (sometimes with cloud above it).

no contest.

The coast down there is OK for sitting in the winter sun for a while,
especially if youre used to colder climes.
