It's easier for USAsians, as you don't have to worry about the change
on the side of the road. I found the traffic to be tolerable in
general when on bicycle.

I wonder if the OP is intending to smoke weed in the coffee shops. If
so, he'd better realise it can be damn strong stuff that can lead to
some serious loss of brain power!
