It depends on the tariff. If it is a "normal" ticket it is valid on any
train until the expiry date. It it printed on the ticket.

If you have a ticket that has been booked more than a week in advance you
got it somewhat cheaper, but it is "valid only on dates and trains shown",
like in a charter airline.

Jacqueline is right: ask Deutsche Bahn, they ought to know.
