Well it would be the more familiar way, if you're used to using File
Manager on the Windows desktop. But you'd be surprised how many Windows
users never use File Manager.

I thought he wanted to change an ID3 tag, i.e. genre of the particular
song as displayed in iTunes (or any MP3 player software). I'm not sure
if the bare Windows XP lets you edit ID3 tags.

There may be extensions you install to Windows so you can right click
and edit it from the Desktop/File Manager.

Otherwise, most people are used to editing this data in an MP3 player
software (WinAmp probably is a common one, besides iTunes).
