Actually, posting the FAQ or Charter every month to the relevant NG
has been a Usenet mainstay since...Usenet.

The reason the FAQ is posted is so any n00bs will have ready access to
it, and so the NG has a monthly chance to review the FAQ and consider
amendments or addendums.

Furthermore, by posting the FAQ directly to the NG, all those lazy
retards who post OT crap all the time have no excuse for "not having
read the FAQ". By relying on a WWW link, it can be argued the link was
down or 404, thus the OT retard can claim they had no inkling of the
FAQ or charter.

Remove all doubt: post the FAQ every month.
