Good grief! It reads there quite clearly: "They realized that worldwide
transportation safety, scientific and COMMERCIAL interests could be better
served by discontinuation of SA". This is exactly as I have kept saying. May
I add that for instance transportation safety has very much to do with
commercial interests.
