No. But I know many people do. It is hard to see maps will ever be fully
free from errors (and even more so of outdated data). I could come with so
many examples around the metropolitan area of Finland alone but represent
only one error on a selected route:

All points are represented as GWS84(NorthDegrees.mantissa,
EastDegrees.mantissa)

1. TomTom One for Europe
2. navigation for cars on minor roads
3. the route starts at point (60.188, 24.875)
which is on the road of Pikkuniementie, Meilahti, Helsinki
4. the route ends at point (60.203, 24.901) which is
at a Teboil gas station on the road of Koroistentie, Ruskeasuo Helsinki
5. along the route there is a turning point at (60.192, 24.888)
which on the road of Meilahdentie turning left to Johannesbergintie

Traffic of motor vehicles is not allowed on Johannesbergintie though.
