You said you'd heard a lot about Brazilian food, and then went on to
describe what is a small part of it, and more to the point nothing like
what I had yesterday. There _was_ rice and beans though. Rice and beans
are staples in much of central and south america, but it doesn't mean
that's all there is. Look up Brazilian food on google or something- it's
a massive country- there's a bewidering amount of food there...
