What percentage of the Dutch consider it a harmful drug? What
percentage of Dutch youth smoke pot? Are their parents alarmed for
their health?
I never viewed it as especially harmful back in the 60s, but
apparently today's weed is a lot more potent. I considered it a lot
more innocuous than alcohol.
I knew a lot of very high functioning people who smoked pot daily.
