I do disagree with you on the complxity of cognac's.
I had the pleasure and opportunity to drink and buy an Armanac of 30
or more years old (the empty flask is now blessed in my ex-wifes
home) "widow and her son's" was the name or so.
mmmmmmmmmmhhhh ;)
Tastes are different, but vor me an Armanac beats a Cognac with both
arms bounded ;)
