The poor are huge users of government services. Probably to an excess.
Medicaid is paying their medical bills, so they use hospital emergency rooms
as a doctors office, they also use the subsidized public transit, subsidized
public schools. At least they should be using the benefits of the schools,
instead of dropping out. Section 8 housing.
