Assisi is on a hill and it cost about a euro for the bus up the hill and
maybe 5 for a taxi. Sienna is very accessible via bus. And Naples with a
36% unemployment rate has one of the highest crime rates in Europe as well
as Sorrento being much nicer base. Take the ferry over to Positano for a
day.
