just! Maybe the uninsured drivers probably come from largely the same
disaffected group that are involved in largely drug related gun and
knife crime. Peckham has a real problem, maybe theres hope on the
horizon with the millions being spent on regeneration.

As someone who drives through Peckham regularly I suspect road deaths
could be reduced a bit if people there had a less insane approach to
crossing the main roads
