I think it would be more accurate to say that most cigar smokers understand
the great risk involved in directly inhaling cigar smoke and try to avoid it
as much as possible.
I know that I don't directly inhale my cigar smoke because occasionally I do
so accidentally and I can sure tell it.
Also medical studies indicate that the nicotine absorbtion characterists of
cigar smoke are much less than that of cigarette smoke, and of course cigars
are natural tobacco and don't carry the additional risks of all the
additives and paper of cigarettes.
