I hadn't ordered a steak in a restaurant for decades until a few
years ago. Now I have about one a year. It is my belief that that if
you cannot properly prepare a steak, you oughtn't have a kitchen.

Moctezuma's Revenge is sometimes the result of sanitation, sometimes
of unfamiliar bugs. We San Franciscans handle our local bugs quite
nicely, thank you, and might suffer when encountering yours,
who/wherever you might be, and vice versa.
