Subject: Can I Save $$$ Traveling via German Rail? Posted on: Fri, 16 Mar 2007 19:20:40 +0000 (UTC)

Hi, all. I'll be living in Berlin shortly, and am scratching
my head over how much it's going to cost me take train
trips to see shows in Leipzig, Dresden, and Hamburg.
The DB & Rail Europe sites are about the only place
I've looked for tickets, and I *do* see some discount
passes. But once I become a resident, I can't use
the good ones.

Is there a website that has last-minute tickets or something
like that where some are sold very cheaply? I mean,
if it's going to cost me 120 Euros to travel to Leipzig
to see Roger Waters for the night...well...I really like
the guy, but.... !!
