Even if EVG's issue occurs, I would expect a bank to issue currency
with a Visa or MC branded debit card, without the cash advance fee
that credit cards incur. In any event, I like to arrive with some local
currency in my pocket, and for that, I use www.travelcurrency.com
or www.oanda.com/products/fxdelivery/ . The exchange rate isn't
good, but it'll get me out of the airport and into town, if need be. =R=
