It isn't.
MBaguette is really a gentleman named William Grosvenor who
wants to make the City of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada look
bad.
The interesting thing is this. He's lived here in Edmonton
for at least 25 years, most of it to my understanding in a
bungalow in the north end neighborhood of Dickensfield.
Overall, Dickensfield is a reasonably nice, middle class,
neighborhood with relatively easy access to downtown and
good shopping at nearby Northgate and Northtown malls. (Not
as nice as my own west end neighborhood, but what the hey,
I'm biased.)
On top of that, with Alberta's booming economy, good houses
in nice neighborhoods are in high demand and going for
premium prices.
So if Grosvenor/Baguette is unhappy living in Edmonton, it
should be comparatively easy to sell his humble hovel and
move to a city where he would be happier.
Because he hasn't done that, I think I can safely assume
that my own experience living in Edmonton, and I've lived
here most of my life, is more typical and Edmonton isn't all
that bad a place to live.
