Fennel Z. Aurora (his real name) has nothing better to do but roam

I think he is either bi-polar or a classic schizophrenic. If it's
schizophrenia he probably manifested it in his mid-twenties -- the
classic symptoms and time of life -- while at University (Oxford) and
