As we have pointed out before, yes it does.
The homicide rate is for the Edmonton Census Metropolitan Area, whcih
includes Stathcona County where the bodies were found.
Also, the number of female prostutites is only about 20.
Even if we include the 50 your friend Bobby Picton killed in
Vancouver, there are only 70.
