There doesn't appear to be much bus traffic at all going south from Krakow.
Your best bet would be to go by train. For example, a direct train departs
from Krakow Glowny at 6.50am and arrives in Zilina at 12.28pm. From Zilina
its a mere hop to Mala Fatra NP.
If you wanted to make a day of it, you could get off the train at Oswiecim,
have a look round Auschwitz-Birkenau and then continue your journey on a
later train.
