Assuming you get through immigration/customs by 10 a.m. the national rail
enquiry site http://ojp1.nationalrail.co.uk/en/pj/jp shows five options
between 10.05 and 11.19, arriving Dover between 12.44 and 14.12.
All routes shown are based on departure from Terminal 4 (Terminals 1-3 share
a station) and assume travel to central London by underground. Note that the
one change shown is optimistic, since it assumes the underground journey as
a single leg. To get to either Victoria or Charing Cross you would need to
change underground trains at Hammersmith, getting a District Line train to
Victoria or Embankment (for Charing Cross).
Fares shown from £27.
