Papua New Guinea, The Solomons to name a couple more. They are always
politcally unstable, and rife with corruption, and far from under
control.
It appears to me to be a popular modern method of divide and conquer
to encourage corruption, whilst attaching conditions on them fighting
that same corruption. Just look at how the oil/gas in the Timor sea
has mysteriously landed in Australia's lap, and then check out the
conduct of the mining companies in PNG.
Of course they can thank their lucky stars Indonesia isn't in
control...
