One would have to wait a long bit before sea raises 121 m and
repristinates the Padan Gulf as in the Pliocene :-)
Anyhow we'd since long had a "beach" at the Idroscalo (those landing at
Linate will easily see it, it's the nearby artificial basin built in the
'30s for the planes in use then ("idrovolanti", "landing on water" sic!)

Its water are very cold and muddy, and recently two children died there.
Then, about beaches in the city, the former mayor had the idea to bring
sand and a plastic pool under the Arco della Pace :-(
