And I (and others) answered them comprehensively. But not as far as your
are concerned so just pick one out where you are dissatisfied with my or
another's answer or where you think the argument has not been addressed and
we'll proceed from there. You can see where I'm leading can't you Bill?
I'm actually challenging you to a genuine discussion - that means that you
provide the necessary evidence to back your assertions and I either agree
with you or bring evidence to counter them. You have failed consistently
to behave in this fashion heretofore but I aim to put a stop to your evasive
tactics.
