Well, I made the trip and paid $80 for a bus transfer.

If I had been 15 minutes sooner, I would hve had time to go the
cheaper way:
1=2E 7.90 GBP For National Express Bus from Hearthrow to Dover
2=2E At most, 9 GBP for a taxi from Dover bus station to the cruise
port.
