My son flies for a major airline and he has to fly into JFK. He hates it. He
said that they have 4 runways but are only using 1. A couple of weeks ago,
he flew into there and had to wait out on the apron for 3 hours before he
could taxi in to the terminal. Then, when he finally got through with
everything, he got to his hotel at 0230 and had to be back at work at 0530.

Think about that! It could be that your pilot got less than 3 hours of
sleep! Reassuring, eh?
