I use Jajah frequently and it is a great service, BUT you do have to
initiate a call from a computer. Further, it is tied to 3 phones that
you can specify to receive the calls. BUT you can set up separate
accounts under different email names if you wish and use your mobile
as one of the numbers to receive the call. I had used Skype, but got
fed up with their useless billing software which arbitrarily refuses
your new charge for no given reason and then there is absolutely no
customer service to rectify the situation. I also find that Jajah has
considerably better quality as well on average. You can make free
calls to any other Jajah user as long as they stay active and can use
a paid service as well to anyone. You can always have both for
flexibility if you are willing to put up with Skype's crappy (read
non-existent) customer service and spotty quality.
