They seem to set the levels of water consumption higher than I'd expect,
but the parts of India where I've been tend to be humid.
The only time I've been in desert conditions was Bahrain and that was only
for a few hours, most of them in nice air conditioned buildings. I doubt
the air conditioning was made in the USA though, French built airport...
They're right when they say that thirst is not a good guide and that you do
have to force yourself to drink more water than you think you need.
