How bad would it be? I actually enjoyed walking around quite a bit when
I was there (early March, a few years ago.) Despite the low
temperatures, there were plenty of people on the streets- even a bit of
outdoor food available- i.e. wurst etc. If it's not raining/snowing, I
wouldn't worry too much about being outdoors.
