From my experience in Paris hotels, those expensive breakfasts are buffets
with a wide variety of meats, cheeses, pastries, cereals, fruits, juices
etc. It is a lot more than I usually have for breakfast, but I certainly
enjoyed them. There are lots of corners cafes and patisseries all over the
city where you can grab something light.
