Hi All... I'm writing to seek your valued advice in regards to our
planned Paris trip. I am a Canadian Permanent Resident with an Indian
Passport (not a Citizen as yet), planning to visit Paris for about a
week in Feb'08 with my wife, on way back from my India trip. My wife
is about to receive her spousal visa & will be a Permanent Resident in
Canada, & fly in with me in Feb '08. On my way back by the Calcutta-
Frankfurt-Vancouver flight, we plan to stopover in Frankfurt & do our
Frankfurt-Paris-Frankfurt trip (no plans to go outside airport in
Frankfurt). Now my questions are:
1. What kind of Visa will me & my spouse need to obtain for our France
trip?
2. Will we need a visa for Germany as well? (even if we don't have
plans to go out in Frankfurt?)
3. As she will have Canadian Visa (Permanent resident visa) & is being
sponsored by me, will she still need to have her medical insurance &
bank balance etc to get the France visa?
Kindly advice the soonest you can as we need to prepare accordingly.
