Actually, the DUI capital of America is anywhere in Missouri, specifically
St. Louis. I've never been so scared to death in my life on the road as
I've been in St. Louis...many of the goobers down there think of drunk
driving as a matter no worse than a parking ticket, something to "get out
of", not to take responsibility for.

'Course Arizona has lotsa goobers too...

Missourans are also infamous for firing guns up into the air on New Year's
Eve - or any other time for no particular reason. These were not ghetto
folks doing this (as happens in Chicago or other northern cities), this were
well - educamated and professional middle - class white folk...

If I were given a choice "personal safety" - wise between Baghdad or St.
Louis, I just might honestly choose Baghdad...
