Mind you, I just thought... your mate is a jammy sod - he spends
perhaps 40 quid on petrol to take you there in his smoky car and
collect you again, and gets tobacco worth 240 UK pounds for his
trouble. He saves 200 quid. Or makes it if he flogs it in pubs. (or
outside these days!) In effect you're getting a tenner for buying it
and transporting it across Europe. No wonder he's being so helpful!
I'd tell him to make a fairer split or if not to get stuffed and I'd
take my own motor to the airport.
