I drove unscathed and fee-free through most of the capitals
of Europe, including Paris, Berlin, Budapest, Athens and
Rome among others. No congestion taxes; just some mad
drivers and incredible traffic.
I didn't drive unscathed through Naples, but I doubt any
non-Neapolitan does:-)
