Racial discrimination:-

not make any difference between prosecutions based on ethnicity and

racial group means "any group of people who are defined by reference
to their race, colour, nationality (including citizenship) or ethnic
or national origin".[3]
Racism:-
Racism has many definitions, the most common and widely accepted being
the belief that members of one race are intrinsically superior or
inferior to members of other races.
