This woman needs a wake-up call. Kids grow up and eventually make their
own decisions. Get used to it. Empty-nest syndrome won't take her
anymore.

OTOH, the Argentinian Romeo is going back to Argentina, not staying in
the US and marrying her to get a green card (unlike some notorious types
in sca). IMO, perhaps he might even love her.
