Because there is no such demand, let alone a HUGE demand.

That is what you said. You said:
"There is huge demand for someone who has English as the first
language, specially among law firms and foreign corporations."

When told that :"I suspect this also depends on one's command of
Spanish."

You, with your typical full of yourself attitude, responded:

"Not neccesarily. If "command of Spanish" is required they will not
hire a foreigner."

Therefore, you said that there was a need ; what to I say need, a HUGE
DEMAND, for English as only language people, with superb writing and
editing skills. Well, if one were to believe you, and that would be
worse than believing GWB, since they do not need someone that
understands Spanish, the real business would be to outsource those jobs
to...the USA. That would be the best solution, since for editing a
document one does not need to be in the same place as the original
writer. Indeed, most of the editing in all times has been done in the
absence of the original writer.
