Yer kidding--right? Even in Mexico alone it's a long list. If you liked
Guanajuato you'll love San Cristobal de las Casas. If you like to snorkel
and dive the Mayan Riviera is also excellent. Because it's heavily touristed
it takes more effort to get comfortable there, but it's worth the effort.
Enjoy it while you can, they're going to build a second airport down there
somewhere--maybe Tulum--and the Mexican government is hoping to build a
second Cancun. Merida and the rest of the Yucatan, Patzcuaro, and Oaxaca are
other possibilities that quickly come to mind.
Can't help you south of Mexico, but I'm sure we have plenty of people
here who can.
