My husband and I will be going to Buenos Aires at the end of the month. We
are going to try to go to Rosario to look up some long lost relatives. What
are the options as far as transportation between the two cites? Is there a
train or would we have to fly? We aren't planning on renting a car, but
would it be a good idea to rent one for a couple of days to travel to
Rosario? Most of the time we will be in Buenos Aires.
