You can also use http://www.aerocivil.gov.co/Tarifas/index.htm > "Consulta
Tarifas Vingentes" and select in the dropdown menu: Bogota/ Santa Marta/ S
economica/ Avianca to check for minimum and maximum prices excluding taxes
and surcharges in discount economy (select Y for full fare or J for
business)). You can buy your e-ticket online with your credit card at
Avianca: www.avianca.com On the upper righthand corner one can change the
language from Spanish to English. Booking as a non-Colombian you'll have to
be part of the travelgroup and book _at least_ 72 hours in advance. You
should book in advance as the cheapest tickets get sold first and tarriffs
rise.
