We have used just about all the LAN services in S.A. and we claim that they are the best.
Be aware that whichever airline you choose, Cusco is an International airport because there are flights to La Paz,Bolivia.
Hence, dep. taxes are a little higher. It is 2½ yrs since we were there.
Cusco is a tricky airport to get out of in afternoons normally because of the wind.
If TACA has Boeing 727's, then if the wind speed is above 10 naut.mph you will probably find that your flight will be canelled.
Lan Peru have much later model aircraft that can handle this.
