You would normally see tango on Sundays in Plaza Dorrego, which is a square
in the San Telmo neighborhood; there is also an outdoor antiques fair there.
I think, though, that it may be a little cool for dancing outdoors, since
June 13 gets you very close to the beginning of winter in the Southern
Hemisphere.
